Babak Zand is a blogger and content strategist. On his website he writes about the subjects content-strategy, digital communication and agile marketing.As a freelancer Babak Zand advises businesses on the implementation of their content-strategy and combines herewith the planning and implementation of digital marketing measures, especially with the SCRUM-method.During his studies that will prospectively be finished in January 2016, Babak Zand examines the measurability of content marketing measures in Germany. Aim is to develop a methodical framework, with which businesses can develop a suitable target system for their own content marketing.Babak Zand has been working for the Federal Army of Germany as a public relations manager since 2010 and was responsible among other things for the digital communication and social media presence of the authority.In 2012 the trained online marketing manager Babak Zand was assigned as media administrator within a multinational foreign mission of the European Union Naval Force Somalia (EU NAVOR-Operation ATLANTA) in London. Within the assignment Babak Zand was responsible project manager for the planning and implementation of the website relaunch as well as for the elaboration of a social media concept.After the end of his tenure with the Federal Army of Germany Babak Zand started his bachelor studies “Media Economics” at the “Rheinische Fachhochschule Cologne” with main focus on “Creative Leadership”.
