How the Social Intranet frees the working place

New Ways of Working will be commonplace in many sectors in 2025. By that time, work and leisure are increasingly intertwined, and people will continuously be connected with their work. Youwe developed a product, based on Neos and Flow, called The Social Intranet. This product has been the result of a vision that people from within organizations and outside the organization should be able to work together and to share knowledge, without any boundaries. As such Youwe sees the social intranet as an important component of a connection between employees and non-employees through a virtual environment in which they can be seen as a source of inspiration, content creation and talent. We created the product through a co-creation process with 4 clients sharing the same idea and vision. In this talk I present the concept (the Why), the working result (the What), and the lessons learned.
