Being agile, is the "MUST HAVE" buzzword (amongst others) on your website. I will tell you about some obstacles that we came across in the middle of the reorganisation, and the positive things that happened to us thru the process. When this talk is held, we are still in the middle of the never ending change process that punkt.de will face from now on.
